Eric Bradley
Teaching Librarian & Coordinator

About Eric
Eric Bradley is a Research and Instruction Librarian for Goshen College who works with college students and their professors to locate and evaluate quality resources, as well as an Information Fluency Coordinator for the Private Academic Library Network of Indiana (PALNI) who supports college librarians in their work of teaching. Eric believes that twenty-first century college librarians play a critical role in the student learning process. While he continues to value the library as a place, he invests a great deal of his time outside of the library teaching research sessions, as well as one credit-bearing course each semester.
Eric has secured a staying place for the library reference desk by expanding services to include drop-in writing assistance, and has expanded library instruction beyond the traditional college classroom to Goshen Health and Elkhart General hospitals. He has assisted teaching librarians through interactive workshops including the biennial Camp RIO, and has coordinated on-site ethnographic and user experience research at libraries across Indiana. He is a member of the PALNI Hall of Fame.
Eric holds a MLS from Indiana University, and a BA in Biblical studies from Grace College.

Thank you so much for such a quick response, it was very helpful in our committee meeting. You saved my bacon!

I want to thank you for the very helpful presentation you made to the Core 210 students last night. It was helpful to have a detailed workshop on Powerpoint and also to learn about Zotero. Thanks for taking the time to drive to Glen Oaks and spend part of Thursday evening with us!
– Pat Lehman, Professor of Communication at Goshen College
Thank you for all your hardwork organizing and coordinating Camp RIO. You and the team did a great job. The content, format, and location were all excellent.
Miriam Liethen, Public Services and Outreach Librarian at Grace College and Seminary
Thanks again for your time and efforts when my OLP class visited the library. The students said they learned a lot and that it was helpful in writing their life learning essays.
Roger Chrastil, Instructor at Goshen College
I want to express my gratitude for the work that you did yesterday with the year 1 MSN students!I really appreciate your commitment  to educating students about use of the library resources. I had never heard of the Credo search engine so it was beneficial (to me) to hear about that.
